Small groups, big coaching. Each session balances structure and community. Warm up, get a clear brief, see the demos, then move through timed stations that scale to your level. You will lift, carry, jump, row, and hit pads with purpose. Coaches move through the room to refine technique, adjust loads, and keep intent high without a drill-sergeant vibe. Programming runs in cycles of foundation, build, and peak. You are not doing random workouts. You are following a path.

Sessions are planned like mini training blocks so you know what you’re working on and why. We set baselines and track simple benchmarks—rounds, reps, distances, and recovery—so progress is visible. Loads and movements are scaled by your coach, making the same class effective for first-timers and seasoned members. Boxing elements are coached and optional; gloves and wraps are available, and beginners get a quick intro before their first rounds.

Group Training is ideal if you want accountability and fun with real instruction. It is cost-effective, consistent, and sustainable. Show up, work hard, and stack wins. New to this style?
