A typical session runs about 45 minutes. You’ll warm up, get a quick brief, then move through stations that mix functional strength work with boxing-inspired rounds. Don’t worry if you’re new. We scale the weights, reps, and tempo so you can learn the moves safely and still get a satisfying sweat. If you’ve been training for years, we’ll push your pace, clean up your technique, and keep you progressing.

Mindset matters here, too. Some days you’ll feel unstoppable; other days, just showing up is a victory. Our coaches teach breathing, pacing, and recovery so the hard parts get a little easier—inside the gym and out. You’ll leave knowing what went well and what to work on next time.
